y Bienvenido ! Spanish for Children has
been teaching Spanish to primary school
children since Spring 2009 using the excellent La Jolie Ronde
methodology and materials. Mary Galvin's classes offer children the wonderful
opportunity to learn a modern language at an age when they are
incredibly open to language learning.
Mary is an Honours Graduate of both TCD and UCD
and has taught languages full time since 1988 at home and abroad, at
both Secondary schools and at Third Level, locally and as far away as
Colombia.
She is married with four young
children and since Spring 2009 has been offering Spanish
classes to adults, giving Junior and Leaving Certificate grinds and
teaching Spanish to pre- and primary school children.
Should you decide to have your children
learn Spanish at primary school level with Spanish
for Children, you can be assured that the learning experience will stand
to them and you most certainly will not regret it.

Mary, Thank you for ***** and ****’s progress reports. We are delighted
with your comments. We
recently had a holiday in Spain and it was great to see and hear them
making a good effort to speak the language. My eldest son has just
finished 2nd year in senior school where he is also learning Spanish, he
also took ever opportunity to converse in Spanish. It
really is lovely to watch, The Spanish people also loved this, especially
in the restaurants. We would like ***** and **** to continue with their
lessons in September and would appreciate it if you would reserve a place
for them.

Mary, Greetings from sunny Barcelona …
Thanks for mail and attachments - I received all and had no problem
opening them. As mentioned before, *** will resume Spanish classes with
you in September and I will fill in all the necessary paperwork and
payment when we return at the end of August if this is okay with you.
We
have had quite a few visitors staying with us and *** is really loving
being able to practice his Spanish in restaurants and shops when he's out
with them - so I think you will definitely see a difference when he
returns! We have brought his
book and CD with us and look over them from time to time.
